Product Safety
Children’s safety is our #1 priority. At Ampere, we take product safety seriously and ensure all applicable items comply with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations and ASTM F963-17 safety standards. Some of our products are intended for educational use and may not be suitable for young children without supervision.
Where applicable, product listings will include clear CHOKING HAZARD and MAGNET HAZARD warnings. These warnings are required by law and are provided to help you make informed purchasing decisions. Please read all cautionary statements carefully:
Hazards
CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.
CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

Magnets
Additionally, products containing magnets will include the following warning, in compliance with ASTM F963-17:
SMALL MAGNET HAZARD – Product contains small magnet(s). Swallowed magnets can stick together across intestines, causing serious injury or death. Seek immediate medical attention if magnets are swallowed or inhaled.
