Returns & REFUNDS

Please review our return policies below to understand how we support your experience.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods and online courses, all sales of downloadable content are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong file, please contact our support team within 7 days and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Physical Products
Return Window: Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. Return shipments must be prepaid and insured by the customer.
Eligibility: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
Customer Responsibility:
If the item was shipped correctly and is not defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
• We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Please include your order number or name of the original purchaser. If approved, a refund for the product price (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days following email confirmation for processing refunds.
• Kits can be returned if unopened at purchasers expense for a refund.
• Assembly of the kit will nullify the warranty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply for opened or damaged items, or items missing components. Exceptions apply for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
